Bridgewater Construction was appointed a by renowned local developer to deliver this 5,000 Sq ft high end waterside residential project by local award winning DJA architects.

The project had a number of constraints/challenges and used a vast range of construction techniques to overcome due to its proximity to the waterside side including specialist silent CFA piling, ground beams, radon barriers, flood protection work , portal steel frame, timber frame and traditional masonry work for the super structure.

The interiors were finished to an exceptionally high standard with the use of state of the art control4 AV and interior finishes by local large format porcelain supplier Pietracasa. The outcome was a property which has won multiple awards for the developer and is a landmark to the Poole area.
