Two High end cliff top semi detached new build residences

Bridgewater Construction was appointed by renowned local developer on a design and build JCT Contract to deliver these two 2,000 Sq ft high end clifftop residential homes by local award winning DJA architects.

The project included the use of a vast range of construction techniques due to its proximity to the Cliff top including wide format strip foundations, portal steel frame, concrete floors and traditional masonry work for the super structure.

The interiors were finished to an exceptionally high standard with the use of state of the art AV and interior finishes by local large format porcelain supplier Pietracasa. The outcome was a pair of properties which have won multiple awards for the developer and is a landmark in the Bournemouth area.
